ACR helps adjusters manage the cost, speed and risk of claims

We make the claims process more efficient from start to finish by streamlining typical industry processes by providing detailed documentation and inspection on the front end, so projects move quickly at the back end.

In addition, using ACR’s proprietary Roadmap to Success paired with industry technologies like Matterport Mobile allows our team to give you 3D images in real-time, which proactively prevents multiple site visits.

By using Dash Project Management software, we’re able to keep communication transparent and up to date. Utilizing software like Xactimate, Symbility, Encircle, MICA, and more allow us to provide you with the detailed documentation you need to close files quickly and accurately, saving you time and money.

“Regardless of the size of the job, the results are consistent, the job site is well maintained, well managed, organized based on each clients specific needs and the costs are well documented. We have found that ACR responds very timely and the communication is consistently proactive.

ACR is one of our preferred vendors and I highly recommend them for any remediation work.”

ACR is the Homeowner’s Advocate

We realize that experiencing property damage can be a stressful event. All that was "normal" has been turned upside down and nothing seems right. So, what happens now?

You may find yourself needing a qualified contractor to take your restoration one step further. For over 38 years we have advocated on behalf of the insured, to provide a fair and successful outcome that brings your property back to pre-loss condition.

The Insurance Repair process operates a bit differently than your “local contractor”. That’s why it’s so important to have an advocate working on your behalf. Delays are inevitable. Getting your insurance carrier to respond or agree upon the full scope of damages and financial compensation requires a restoration contractor with the credentials and experience to navigate the complexities of your claim. Our priority is to get your home “back to normal” with the least amount of disruption to you and your family.

Capital Improvements

When ACR is awarded capital improvement projects, we take your needs seriously.

Capital improvement is defined as “the addition of a permanent structural improvement or the restoration of some aspect of a property that will either enhance the property’s overall value or increase its useful life.” Funds used for these projects must be protected by means of smart project planning, tight budget management and attention to detail.

ACR’s Construction Property Management clients all benefit immeasurably from our comprehensive integration of our essential business promise of maintaining operational continuity for our clients in the role of general contractor.

ACR COORDINATES $2.7M CAT LOSS ALONGSIDE INSURANCE ADJUSTER

A midwest 11-unit condominium complex caught fire when a plumber was doing work in the attic of an unoccupied unit. This $2.7M CAT loss resulted in significant structural damage and as you can imagine, a massive property claim.

How does insurance repair work for homeowners?

Dealing with insurance companies can be a complex and stressful task. ACR advocates for homeowners by working closely with your insurance provider to streamline the claims process, ensuring that you receive the coverage you deserve.

I was brought on to work as the Property Manager specifically devoted to the remediation and restoration of the fire building and worked closely with the ACR team to make sure that the needs of the residents and the standards of the Association were met.

The atmosphere resulted in a positive outcome with residents even though it was a very difficult and tragic situation. I believe that overall, the owners were very pleased with the way the restoration was handled and it was due to the team that ACR had assembled to work on the project and their ability to communicate with everyone on a regular basis throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend ACR due to my experience with them.
